DESCRIPTION
IPL Bactvipe - Pseudomonas fluorescens 2.0% A.S Bio Fungicide Details :
- Bactvipe (Pseudomonas fluorescens) is an eco-friendly bio-fungicide that effectively controls a wide range of bacterial and fungal diseases (e.g., root rot, stem rot, Collar rot, wilt, blights, leaf spots, anthracnose, alternaria, and downy mildew) over the entire crop cycle, from sowing to harvesting.
- Benefits : Protects crops from various seed, soil and air-borne diseases caused by pathogens including Phytium, Rhizoctonia, Fusarium, Anthracnose, Alternaria, Leaf spot, Cercospora, etc. Promotes seed germination and plant growth for healthier and more productive crops. Increases plant resistance to environmental stresses. Boosts crop yield and quality. Safe for natural predators and parasites. Reduces the use of harmful chemicals and pesticides. Leaves no residue on crops, ensuring they are safe for human consumption.
- Mode of Action : Pseudomonas fluorescens works by entering the plant's vascular system, which allows it to spread throughout the plant and provide systematic protection against various fungal and bacterial diseases. It helps in the uptake of nutrients and produces growth-promoting substances. The bacteria also produce iron-chelating siderophore antibiotic, hydrogen cyanide, and lytic enzymes like cellulase, chitinase, and protease, which are involved in reducing plant pathogens and inducing plant resistance. Overall, Phasal Rakshak promotes healthy plants by suppressing harmful pathogens and promoting growth.
- Method of Application :
- Seed Treatment: Mix 8–10 grams in 50 ml of water and apply to 1 kg of seed uniformly. Dry in the shade for 20–30 minutes before sowing.
- Transplanting: Dissolve 500 g in 50 liters of water, dip seedling roots for about 30 minutes in the solution, and transplant immediately.

- Drenching: Mix 1-2 kg in 200 liters of water and drench the soil for 1 acre.
- Fruit Trees: Mix 50–100 gm. per plant in a sufficient quantity of well-decomposed FYM/Vermi compost/field soil and apply in the effective root zone of the fruit tree. The dosage will change depending on the age of the crop.
- Field Application: Mix 1 kg with 150–200 kg of FYM, compost, or vermicompost and broadcast uniformly over an acre of field. Irrigate immediately.
